Apply to St. Edward High School
The vibrancy of St. Ed’s inclusive community is rooted in the diversity of our student body. Our Admission Committee considers each individual candidate on a variety of merits and characteristics. Families are notified of acceptance decisions on February 8, 2024.
Applicants from Catholic Grade Schools
Students currently enrolled at a Catholic grade school, within the Diocese of Cleveland, will receive a high school application directly from the Diocese in early January. This application asks students to indicate their first-choice high school. The Diocese only forwards applications to that institution for consideration.
Applicants from Public and Non-Diocesan Private Schools
Prospective students who do not attend a Catholic grade school should apply to St. Edward through the fast and convenient Koolu App. Families can also apply using a paper application. Complete files include the application, two teacher recommendation forms (found in the printable PDF), and transcripts from grades 6, 7, and 8.
Applications are due January 22, 2024.
Parents of current high schoolers interested in transferring to St. Edward must submit an application, two recommendation forms, and complete high school transcripts. An admission test is not required. Transfer students should contact the Office of Admission prior to applying to learn more about the transfer process.
St. Edward High School maintains a policy of equal educational opportunity and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national origin in its educational programs or any of the activities which it operates.
